Specification: 20 ft. ISO Class C Container, double - glazed windows, insulated doors, walls and ceilings. Hospital grade PVC floor coverings, Formica type work surfaces, individually-fused power points, built-in cupboards and drawers, reverse-cycle split-system heater/air conditioner, 4 ft. wide doors to facilitate entry and exit, external connections for water, drainage and electricity.

This consist of 6 x 20' units, with the following built-in/ancillary equipment.
a. insulated walls and ceiling, double-glazed windows, doors, heater/cooling air-conditioners;
b. sinks, water filter/heaters, roof-mounted water storage tanks,
c. cupboards, drawers, work tops, etc
d. desk, chairs, etc
e. hospital-grade floor coverings
f. external appropriate-sized generator
g. electrical (220v) and plumbing installations in accordance with best international standards

Notes:
I. Trauma Treatment Room (light OT) has no windows, and entrance/exit only through the Patient/Dr Preparation rooms.
II. All other units have doors and windows.
III. All units heat/cool air-conditioning.
IV. Cupboards, drawers, sinks, etc, in all units except Trauma Treatment
V. Nil ablutions or toilet facilities are proposed; we assume they are available in the ANP local infrastructure, and the Ward facility is designed for emergency holding, not long-term care.
